First, wall thickness requirements: wall thickness of toy should be uniform, otherwise unevenness of shrinkage will cause deformation, shrinkage marks and flaking of injection molded parts, so it should not be too thick or too thin;

Second, mold exit angle: mold angle of plastic part directly affects ease of removal of plastic part from mold cavity, and is related to the performance of rubber compound, shrinkage rate, structural form of plastic part;

Third, reinforcement rib: It is the most commonly used in the design of toy structure, can change direction of flow, make flow more balanced, improve bonding ability of rubber molecules and make stress distribution uniform, and increase the strength of injection molded parts;

Fourth, fillet: It is a factor that must be considered in the design process of injection molded parts. Rounding can avoid stress concentration, increase strength of injection molded parts, improve flow of injection molded parts and facilitate demoulding. The fillet radius of each joint of injection molded parts should be not less than 0.5 to 1 mm.

In the mold design and processing, it has a greater impact on plastic and alloy toys. After years of development of China’s mold design and processing technology, the technology is very mature.
